It's been a while since I've written about fitness & weight loss, but I'm still moving along. You didn't think I gave up, did you?
This morning, I realized that I haven't been pushing myself hard enough. I've been exercising, but I haven't been losing weight. I'm happy that I've been going to the gym, but I need to go more and sweat a whole lot more!
When I was in spin class, I was really pushing my limits, and I could feel a difference. The instructor said to the class "Don't listen to that little voice inside you. You can do this. You will do this." He reminded everyone that if we're not seeing results, it's because we need to work-out harder. I listened to what he said, and I sweat more in that class than I have in a long time.
Life is good. I feel happy and I know I'm moving in the right direction.
